What are the charging port and connector on the iPhone 5s.
The lightning connector for the iPhone 5s or else apple 5th generation was introduced on September 12, 2012 with a 30pin doc connector. apart from the home key and touch we mostly use charging port in iPhones.
The charging port is connected to the lightning cable by 8 pins.
pin 1 GND,
pin 2 L0p,
pin 3 L0n,
pin 4 ID0,
pin 5 PWR,
pin 6 L1n,
pin 7 L1p,
Pin 8 ID1.

These are able to connect to the lightning cable only on charging port. If we get an unsupported accessory message when we connect the charging cable, 80% of time the problem is with the charging cable. The pins ID0 and ID1 measure the quality of the lightning cable we use, An error called unsupported accessory occurs if there is a change in quality.
The reason to charge on to the lightning cable side only is pin 5 PWR.
If there is anything more to know about this, if there is anything we think we need to write in the future, please comment.📱
